I looked at the clock and burst into tears.
It was 3:17 a.m.
AGAIN.
And I was wide awake, staring at the ceiling, and begging my brain to just shut off for once.
It was becoming a habit. About 5-6 nights a week I’d wake up at this ungodly hour. And that was after struggling to fall asleep from 10pm until midnight.
I felt like I’d tried just about everything out there… melatonin, magnesium, meditation apps, avoiding blue light…



I stopped drinking caffeine after lunch. I took warm baths. I made sure my room was dark. I did it all…
